Refund policy
At HoomlyMart, we offer returns and replacements only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To process a request, customers must provide a full, uncut opening video clearly showing the parcel, unboxing, and the issue. Once the request is approved, the product must be returned to us through our pickup partner, and a refund or replacement will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Returns are not accepted for used products, customer damage, or change-of-mind cases. This policy ensures safe, fair, and genuine support for all customers.
